Nina Tsaturova joined the Intelligent Solution LLC as the Head of Legal. Now she serves as the Head of Legal & Director.
Nina is the Founding Member and the Management Board Member of the Georgian Association of Consulting Engineers (ACEG), FIDIC National Member Association.
Nina specializes in construction law and dispute resolution and deals with construction disputes and contracts. She is experienced in the use of the FIDIC contracts and advises on drafting and negotiating construction contracts, claims, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution in all forms, including dispute boards, arbitration and litigation. Nina is on the FIDIC President’s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators.
She participated in the translation and legal review of the official translation of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (First Edition 1999) for building and engineering works designed by the Employer (FIDIC Red Book) to Georgian language.
